Need a Ts server

Hello, first of all, do i have to post my 15 post before asking something? Or do I have a dalay (1 month)?

And to have a ts server, do I have to make a Thread like mine , or something els?

You don't need a specific post count or something to request stuff here.
You just asked for it, and I seriously doubt someone's going to give you a free teamspeak server.
