Google ads opening in a new window?

I'd like to have my Google ads opened in new browser windows. I just wonder if it isn't against Google AdSense policies? I wouln'd like to be banned.

Also, I would be glad if anyone could advise me how to do the html for this. Check out this thread (http://freewebspace.net/forums/showthread.php?p=830885#post830885).

I read it right after Wojtek had sent me the link to their policies. It's not allowed, but I don't mind it as many people open the ads in a new window or tab of their browser manually (at least I do it so if I click the ads I'm interested in).
