Source Control Management Hosting

Just wondering if any hosts out there can fulfill this request for under $5/month on a server (non-shared), else it's fine :)

Less than or equal to 250mb space
A few gigs bandwidth
SSH access (jailed shell possibly) to run source control server (takes little to no CPU at all when idle)

Also, i'd like to be able to ping <40ms.

You will find it hard to get SSH for 5 bucks or less per month.

In my opinion, you will have to work on your budget in order to recieve the features that you have mentioned. :-)
