-We Do Ask that you slap up a link to us aka "Powered by FA Networks" or atleast a thanks to fanetworks for hosting. (this is not mandatory but helps us get more exposer)
-We own our own boxes, co-located at a datacenter. Our uptime is 99% as we do have paying customers =)

Live help offline ... and on the home page it says free hosting is only 50mb storage and 500mb bandwidth??

Ok when live help is offline, you can still create a ticket, and we will contact you. (just click the live help button and it will take you to the ticket system)

The reason you see the smaller free package stats is because thats for non freewebspace.net visitors. I made a special offer to this website only. This is why you will only see the smaller free package.

If you feel unsatisfied in creating a ticket in the system when live help is offline, then you are more than welcome to send us an email at sales@fanetworks.net I review and approve every new free account by hand, as its the best way to prevent abuse.
