Either sue him, or send evidence to his ISP. Because you can report any IP to their ISP for any reason, how will they know for sure he broke the law without any evidence? Therefore they remove your complaint like that :/

There's another way though, contact your local FBI and they will try trace this user and prosecute him!

i have screen shots of phpmyadmin with a list of posts, which has a list of what they typed (image urls), i also c&p'ed some of the image links before banning, also a screen shot of in phpmyadmin their user name entry - tying their ip to a registered user name on the forum.
sound like enough.

I am not in the USA and therefore cannot (leicester, UK)

I myself am not in a position to sue, suing implies he has in some way inflicted damages upon me, which is technically incorrect, he has broken the law, the police/FBI don't sue, they prosecute.

I want to simply hand this over to the appropriate authorities, and in this case

i was his host, when i found his account i printscreened his phpmyadmin with incriminating forum posts and his profile (ip tied to username - who was the admin and the account holder) and banned his ---.

Agreed. It seems like gender profiling to me.
But whoever this is they need to be taken down.
No parent likes to know that there are predators out there.
And especially Online predators that can pose as children and endanger their children.
I believe we should do more to stop child pornography.
Mabe we should make a button and put it on our websites to represent that we are against child pornography.

contacted them and got them banned.
reported them to no-ip that their using. They may well have personal details.
