Find someone with a $50 server and no overheads, no wish to make a profit and most likely brain dead, they might even throw in a free hat in case it rains as they so want to help people for nothing.
Sarcastic as that was I think it's accurate for any reasonable/reliable (not overselling like crazy so your clients suddenly have no hosting at all after a week) host, resellers carry a premium as you can make money.

If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.
Basically bud, if you are looking for quality hosting services, you will have to pay for it. It's that simple.
Like, I would rather pay 500 a month for a single pentium server than pay 90 bucks for the exact same one.
You need to go for quality rather than quantity. Know what I mean?
