Hello all.
I am currently in search of a reliable, free host.
Now before everyone tells me to just use paid hosting I must let you know as I am only 17 and do not have a credit card to sign up for paid hosting, and already have too much on my parents card therefore i cannot use those.
Here is what i am searching for in my host:
About 4mb space
At least 75mb transfer
FTP (neccessary)
CGI (not a must have)
No Banners, popups/unders are fine but no banners.
WebStats if possible
And good uptime.

Thanks for your time!

~James

www.portland.co.uk

Slightly slow, but the only reason people hate it is because of their bandwidth limit of 100 mb.
For webstats - find something @ hotscripts.com or use one of the free ones (like FC if you can stand M$).
There are other low bandwidth ones, but portland is actually the most reliable..
