okay, i HOPE i'm not asking for too much, but the main point of it: i don't need tons of bandwidth.

want i'd like:
-10-15+mb space
-cgi (and/or php and mysql)
-no ads preferred, but banners and popunders are OK.
-bandwidth doesn't have to be much at all. its going to be a journal site for me and my friend, and a place to show photos. maybe 400-500mb+/month or something.

actually, i think im going to rid of the cgi/mysql things because i can just use blogger or newsphp. ive had good experience with both. i should be able to find something, thanks anyway.
