Look up some info on the web and do it yourself (not that hard - just a bit of time), also look at sites that check your site, easier and saves a mint on 'agencies' that really do not a lot. :)

Sh3lls.net has been around for years and they're well known. You just need to have patience, as long as you're keeping your current clients happy they will do some free advertising for you.

Now for the SEO, I was having a look around for some SEO guides yesterday and came across a few sites that may come in useful.

I hope they're useful to you. :) If I find anything else I'll let you know.

Have a look at the seoshape.com, you'll find plenty of seo tools for do-it-yourself seo on their site and lots of useful info.

It would be cheaper if you can approach freelancers..they are really efficient and the work will be done within your budget.
