with those specs it definitely seems worth checking out...
EDIT: i donīt speak a word of romanian but from what i gathered from visiting the first host is that they are a paid host with a 30 day free trial...
the second one seemed good though, i signed up and waiting to get approved (or atleast thats what i think i did, maybe i signed up for a romanian dating service, who knows?) :D

Thats odd (maybe I am wrong) but doesn't PostgreSQL run only on UNIX based OS, yet they offer ASP, which works only under Windows environment. Than again - I think I heard they created a ASP unix version or something. Anyone want to clear that up.

www.webcab.ro is running
Apache/1.3.12 Cobalt (Unix)
mod_ssl/2.6.4
OpenSSL/0.9.5a
PHP/4.0.3pl1
mod_auth_pam/1.0a
FrontPage/4.0.4.3
mod_perl/1.24
on Linux.
They use Chili!Soft ASP which is a server-side software designed to help deploy dynamic Web sites and applications based on Active Server Pages (ASP or .asp) using the Apache, iPlanet or Zeus Web servers running on a variety of platforms.
In short ASP will work on a variety of platforms (not only Windows) . For example with Linux, Solaris, ...... :classic2:

<offtopic>
ASP can be implementd in a non windows platform in 2 ways:
1) Apache:ASP module
Apache::ASP provides an Active Server Pages port to the Apache Web Server with Perl scripting only, and enables developing of dynamic web applications with session management and embedded Perl code.
The Apache:ASP module works under the Apache Web Server with the mod_perl module enabled coz Apache:ASP need Perl API provided by mod_perl module, but mod_perl module is not only for Apache::ASP , rolly
mod_perl is an Apache module, written by Doug MacEachern, that embeds a Perl interpreter in the Apache web server thus providing a Perl API to the Apache web server.
2) Chili!Soft ASP module
Chili!Soft ASP is a UNIX implementation of Microsoft's Active Server Pages technology and uses VBScript as its native scripting language.

Wouldn't it be nice if you knew every language in the world... lol...
It's frustrating when you can't understand a site because it's not in your language!
