and i came accros to this page,

thats kinda what im looking for, are those price normal? or they're cheap.
also, i dont think they support paypal.
does anybody know provider that does, and offers the same?

That is pretty cheap, in terms of bandwidth provided.

Plesk isn't that much cheaper than cpanel for VPS licenses I believe.

When I did search on the average price for VPS hosting the range turned out to be really wide from $30 up to $350, configuration being the key component.
