The entrance page needs to go desperately, looks like you've added it to show off some very poor flash.

The layout is nice (although I'd bring it all to the center), the header image needs an obvious redo - looks cheap, the central column needs some padding-top, background image could be extended.

Not bad for a first attempt at a new site.

Get rid of the flash splash and work on your theme.
It dosnt look too radio'ey now.

- activate clean url's
- use the flatforum module
- use url rename with pathauto

your intro page needs to go or fix it up to more professional meaning, at least add a enter text in intro and intro page should let the user know what is your site about.... when in 30 second other wise users will click back , you needs to middlize your Lightspeed Informational Networks were have typed it, or at least bring up a little Content you want at the speed of light you add that to the right hand side to make it more professional, and just to let know forum review is not allowed. because your site looks like a forum site...

I absolutely hate the Flash introduction. At least have a prominent link to skip it, if nothing else.

As for the site itself, the design and color scheme look good. :)

Remove the flash entrance page, it dosen't go - the site just seems like it was chucked together. The design is too bland, it has not colour or feeling of it owns to me

The biggest problem with the flash intro is that the colours don't even match your site. It goes from black and grey to a blue and orange site. It's a nice site overall, but your first order of business should definitly be to do something with the intro page. =)

Where it says "Light Speed Information Networks" at the top of your website in orange lettering, I would remove that. It is not proportioned with anything, and that is the only flaw I see in the site.
