You will not find a reliable service to host your files 'forever' and do not delete your files for any reason.

Reasons being? Firstly, they have every right to clear unused files to free up some space. Secondly, nothing is forever. Forever is infinite time.

If you want to host your files without it being deleted, make sure it is being downloaded then! If it is not being accessed, what's the point of having it hosted? You can always re-upload the file.

I think the point that you are missing is that no file hoster or free web host will allow you to upload your files and keep them there "forever". If the files arent being downloaded and are just sitting dormant than more than likely they will remove them. I think your best bet would to be to utilize one of the many file hosting sites out there and just download the files you've uploaded every 30 days or so.

Forever? ..that's a mighty long time, but I'm here to tell you there's something else ... the after World :P
