He does not allow china, doesn't mean he hate china or he has any bad mentality about China. China is a well developed country, and I think no one will avoid it for nothing. I think he must have some obligations, may be legal. I have a experience with another host, who also disallow China, they had some leagal obligations.

serious webmasters or users from china will be allowed if they have sites in english and keep the things clean. You will have to send a ticket after creating the account and let me know.

The reason I am not accepting users from china is that most of them are uploading that iprober thing on their accounts. They also use the free space for porn and other things.

They do not support css files though
