Erm not sure if my internet has displayed it properly because it seems as though there is a lot of things missing.

I see red boxes in the middle of nowhere ect...

Erm im running on IE on my computer and laptop and it looks the same.

Nearly all red with login in no sort of box...

And red boxes everywhere lol. Try adding some images to the red boxes.
