Yes true, but Ezhostlive by Z|X have no unreliability reputation since they are quite new, but 4uhost have a bad reputation (with whom you partnered, Accole). Z|X was also an admin at 4uhost but he only used to create accounts, he was not the owner.
It is just an enquiry about you fundings, this lets us guess about the reliability of the host.

No, all accounts hosted still work fine and there's no need to change your nameservers.

Though activhost said this would be 'short' downtime, it's taken longer than expected, apparently.

Activhost got a reseller account, it may be that you also get an direct account from that reseller provider or via any other host who is hosted by that reseller provider. In these case also you get same name servers.

Drunkenmonkey is hosted under my WHM reseller account. All the sites are up, just that the main site for activhost was deleted by mistake and we're trying to get it back.

Here's the explaining.
Are reseller mucked up and said we weren't active even tho we were, they gave us back our account and all i can say is that apache has gotten confused with all this domain switching.
Anyway i hope to get it working soon,
