Dedicated IP Query

i want a advise from you.

I have a client who have some applications in his local server but he not have any static ip i want to know is there is any method that i can sell a dedicated ip with domain and space to him from my webserver which will point to his dynamic ips in his local server.

if its possible then please tell me how to do

Yeap. I think that you should give him account with dedicated IP. But why do you what IP to point on his IPs?

It is not possible to re route ips from your server provider to his house

He needs to talk to his ISP about buying a static ip or ip block 5 usable ips etc..
