I am not a free host but I am offering 1 small free account with strict requirements.
1. You must currently have a site
2. Your site must be about the subject of technology IT/Webmaster topics/programming
3. I do require 1 text link back to http://www.chipmunk-scripts.com on all pages in a decently visible section of your site(Usually this is done in some side under "partners") or something.
4. If your site has any illegal activity, phishing/try to hack my server/illegal content, it will be shut down immediately and without notice.
5. No, you may not host a proxy/torrent or use this offer as file storage space
6. Site cannot contain any pornography or gambling
7. No, this is not a reseller, you can only use it to host your site
8. You must have a top level domain(I will not give subdomains).

E-mail (The email server is secured via SSL, so if you want to use outlook, you have to have an ISP that actually sends password correctly through the SSL port, if not, you can just use the roundcude mail email web interface).

Extra notices:
If you go over 5GB per month, you account will be temporarily suspended. I am giving this out for free and therefore will not in any way bill overage issues so I need to limit your bandwidth.
Yes, I will be concerned if you use excessive CPU/RAM, but with a 5GB Cap, I don't acticipate this being a problem.
I will not guarantee any amount of uptime, although your sites will be hosted on the same machine as my sites so if my main sites go down, yours will probably be down too. I am hosted on a fully managed dedicated server in the Cyberwurx datacenter in Atlanta with these machine specs.
