I like the look! There are a few problems, though:
In Firefox, the country flags cover a portion of the logo/header. Also, in your logo, the 't' in streaming is very easily confused for a 'c', so that it looks to be 'screaming'.
Other than that, I think it looks great! :)

Hmmm, the links in the header (to Home, Dedicated, Shoutcast...) are the same color as the background...
And maybe move your body text down 5-10 pixels?
EDIT: Not anymore... FF must have barfed...

Alright, well to start, I really like the overall idea of the design. It's very professional, while at the same time, very simple, as well. The only aspects of the design that I would change are the following:
1) The Font: The font that you are currently using is a bit plain. My suggestion? Use a more unique font (or, in other words, a font that would make visitors go, "WOW!"). It also looks like you used the same shade of blue throughout the template, which is not a bad thing, but you may want to consider changing the color being used throughout the website (or, as I like to say, "change it up a bit").
2) The Content: To be completely honest, I think you need to add quite a bit more content. For example, you provide the names of the different plans, and a few details here and there, but you could add more. In fact, the, "Resellers" area is completely blank, but then again, you are probably still working on that section, or simply don't offer resellers at the moment.

I can see that the flags still mess up with the header.
You need some balanced spacings and a little more styles on how you present your contents.
