Your offer is really good and outstanding as compared to that available from any feehost.
But as you say you have 1050 members then if we calculate space and bandwidth:
space: 30 x 1050 = 31500 GB = 30.7 TB
Bandwidth : 30 x 1050 = 105000 GB = 102 Tb

Do have such big servers? Are you overselling?

To my reading they use good servers however they probally are overselling.

BTW: Site is down? Serious overselling maybe?

I am not telling that overselling is bad, if it is done in a planned way it will be good enough.

whats the DNS error all about???
always gets dns error when trying to access site...
has got an account..but always getting dns errors & now unaccessible for already 3 days..;-(

y not dns error y only that the second name server dont work, o.o altought if you use ns1.queone.com ns2.queone.com it will work.
