Script for directory/review

I need a FREE script like directory where user can put their comments/review. I need something like for Restaurant Review/Mall review/hotel Review where i can make fields like Address, Phone, Fax, etc. and users can submit a restaurant, submit a score/rating for that restaurant, search for a restaurant. Maybe this is similiar to webhosting directory.
Is there any free script like that? :-)

I have one saved on some disk somewhere that I used to use for web hosting reviews. You can add custom categories though.
