What site should I use?

Hi,
We are trying to decide on what site design for our website and have come up with the following 2 ideas:
Site 1: www.wstech.com.au
Site 2: www.wstech.com.au/WsTechnologies

Based just on the homepage, If you were going to buy something which would you be more likely to buy from? What do you think looks the best?

Definately 1, although it needs some things done to it - like a light rollover on the top menu and the bottom looks a bit messed up in opera. All fixable though :).

Said 1 as it is the most complete but still needs some work, if 2 had been more complete I might have went for that one - so sorry I've been no help at all :D

Definitely site 1. I wouldn't even stay on the second one for five seconds - honestly, it's design is pretty bad.
