I found this on another site (http://www.getinvisionfree.com/) about a week ago but they discontinued it, but it seems to work fairly well, here's a link to the download:

You can still download it at the original site but I put the other link there just incase it goes down.

ipb 1.3 has a bug, you could create an admin... this means cause it's unsecure.

We don't really care for the mforum script, because in the end us, the hostees, can't do our own modifications.

Does this include IPB 1.3 or just the Multi Forum script?

It may look like IPB, but it really isn't... it's been heavily edited and the conf_global has been changed into a folder.

IPB 1.3 is bugged, It's a lot better to use SMF or phpBB.
There is a free phpBB multi forum script with cool features on the internet.

Don't forget OvBB (http://freewebspace.net/forums/showthread.php?t=2185852), even if it is just in alpha stages.

change the permission of the folder of conf_global and forums to 777 and the .htaccess will automatically create in that folder and this script is compatible with PHP 5 and MySQL 5
