Sign Up Script

Hey, I'm REALLY rusty on my programming skills so I was wondering if anyone can give me a hand here.

I'm looking for a script so when people sign up (name, email, phone, etc), the script will automatically compile that into a list for me. Basically, I'm looking to create a contact list.

This is not hosting related, but for a non-profit organization I'm helping out so any help would be much appreciated.

See, to be actually usefull, you'd need to give the actual data structure you'd like to keep, theres no point someone designing a schema, then writing code to work for that schema if its not what you need.

So, if you could either design the form you want to use and post it, or, tell us the exact information you wish to collect ( and which of those is required ) then I'm sure someone will post some code ....

if you are absolutely confuse with yourself how to explain in here, may be you can look open source sample/program in hotscript.net or planet-source-code.com (i love psc so much :angel: ).

after you get one, and want some modified code, let us now :)
