FTP, ASP, 20MB, and AD-free

Is there a host for these out there?

I have been using Brinkster
As I haven't learnt how to use db...I have made too many text files there...
I wanna download all for backup purpose, this is why I wanna get a hosting with FTP~

Any other recommendations?
