The banner looks good.. You could always spice up the fonts a bit, but overall, it's nice.

- Viewing in Firefox.
Your banner has a lot of blank blue space to the right hand side. Maybe put a logo or a site slogan in the space?
I would suggest removing the animated "Top Games" .gif, or perhaps slowing the animation a little. Great care needs to be taken with .gifs, or they can look tacked on. Whilst yours is OK, it could be slowed down a little. Especially when you view it with the other two animations at the bottom of the site.
Nice colour choice, pleasant on the eye, calming.
I'd suggest making the cells with the heading text (eg Action Flash Games / Puzzle Flash Games) a different colour to the cells listing the game names. Preferably a darker blue, either only a shade or two darker, or dark enough that the headings need to be in white text. Would need a bit of experimentation.
I'd put the +bookmark button underneath your 'Communication' buttons in the menu, or at least somewhere in the first scroll of the page, that is more visible.
A few of the screenshots/sample icons for the different game categories are very unclear. Perhaps make them a little larger? Or slice the originals and zoom in on a bigger picture?
Looks good though, just needs a few finishing touches to make it great!

The banner looks nice, but I don't really like the font being used. Try using something more catchy, or, in other words, something more unique. :-)

your total template is good, but color choosing is not good.
it will be more attracting if you change your site color.

My standards are really high so heres my opinion.
Color choice...good work on getting the colors matching. However most game sites have a darker/black theme to them. Also if possible make your banner more unique. It seems like you stuck 2 renders on a gradient background.
Advertisements...I noticed on the main page you have like 4 ads at the bottom, and 2 at the top. This is a no-no, especially since they are random, flashy ads which dont really offer anything but state "click me so this site gets on the top100". Word of mouth is the best way to go.
A small change I would make is that your text on your banner sort of goes out of the boundry on the letter t and !.
One last thing, your slogan says "You want it, we find it." That sounds more like a search engine/advertisement sort of thing, if your doing games, stick to game related slogans.
I hope I havn't ruined your time, but they are points I recommend you cover to have a successfull site.
Good luck!

Definitely doesn't look bad. I have seen sites like this before, but poorly designed. Good job.

Yet another game hosting site. Please be more original when trying to make a goal for your site. There's hundreds of these. The aqua colored boxes need to be changed, they clash with the white BG.
