requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so
You need to upload the Ioncube loaders to the doc root directory and then you should be able to proceed.

Some hosts do not let you. Ask your host to install it for you server wide.

Why would the in line loaders be a problem for a host?

Maybe I wasn't clear. The folder with the ioncube loaders should be uploaded to the directory where you installed WHMCS. The "root" of that install, not server root. The directory: /home/username/public_html/whmcs should do it.

If that doesn't work, you may need to get your provider (or you) to install them server wide. Some configurations don't work with the in-line loaders.

Moved to programming help as it falls into the category of scripts.
