I need to buying another WHM liscence, and mine ends in 3 months. The current liscence i have is $299.00 for a year. Is there any other sites that offer a cheaper WHM liscence than $299.00 per year?? or even close to this?

You can buy it from their partners, but generally, if your datacentre is partnered with them and can issue internal licenses, it would be cheaper than any other option.
