is Fav Blogs a category?
If it's true:
1. move all your blogroll site to Fav Blogs
2. go to admin > manage > categories. copy the id of Fav Blogs
3. go to admin > presentation > Theme Editor > Sidebar
4. find wp_list_bookmarks
5. change to wp_list_bookmarks('category=xxx') *)
6. click update file
7. refresh your blog

*) xxx is id of Fav Blogs

its nice quick loading theme, no heavy graphics at all.
If you like you can also design a logo for your blog

The blog theme is nice, but the Google Ads looks really contrasting and hence spoils the overall look for me.

Also, the "Top Searches" is out of place, too many entries I suppose.

I have a personal grudge against wordpress, but the scheme looks nice, a bit too plain for a somewhat personal blog. but maybe that's because I'm a fan of bright colours.

It's way too cramped, as the left content wraps sentences/words too much. try making it a bit wider.
