Add a stylesheet to change the font-family. Will make a HUGE difference ;)

Honestly in your case loading doesn't matter too much. After taking a look on your site, your doing web-design.

I suggest you add more images a use less of the bevel in the header. For a web-design company it really doesn't attract much.

honestly, it just looks like a slightly modified template that you downloaded. if you really made it, then, it is ok, if you didnt make it, and you are trying to take credit for makeing a couple small changes, then that is just bad.

there is to much white space between paragraph headings and the paragraph, and it is to tight from side to side. the woman in the flash header is pixilated. also, DONT use times for the font. use arial or verdana, or any better looking font. times is just ugly and really cheapens the look of the site.

i give it a 3.5 - 10

good start, but needs work. keep plugging away. good luck.

Then I HIGHLY suggest before starting this project to work on something else. I feel a 3.5 is rather harsh.

i am sorry that i rated it so low, but, you should take it with a grain of salt. i am very pick, and the fact that i took the time to actually review your site over a handfull of others actually says something. i would like to see you improve, and if i tell you how great it is, you will get a big head, and not get better. it is decent for a first template, but it needs work. also, try to get away from the whole looking like every other template look. make it have your own personality in it, and try to bring more color in.

you are on a good path to becoming better, so, please dont think i said those things to be mean.

good luck, and i hope to see some improvements soon.

I see you changed the font, and fixed some spacing issues. it looks much better already. now, the woman is still pixilated, and doesnt seem to quite fit the site. try something different there.
