I see I've just been given some neutral feedback (Won't tell where though), but that isn't an option from the give reputation box. How do we give neutral reputation?

My guess is that you get neutral points when someone wish to give you rep but don't have enough reputation themselves in order to do that.

And how do we know if we have enough? IE: How many points?

By memory you need 10 rep points to make your rep count :-)

In a future version of vB, we should really be able to give neutral rep. -_-

Yeah, purposely giving neutral rep seems kinda pointless, IMO.

It's like filling out a survey and always choosing 3 or whatever on a 1-5 scale (not good, not bad etc.) It doesn't really help anything. :p

That's a good way to put it Bruce. What he said ^^

You should be able to see the rep points that you've given.

Agreeded, I think there should be options to see the rep points you see, the rep points you have (10 latest) and a summary of a running total.

You should be able to see the rep points that you've given.

But not the people who gave them unless they specifically write their username in the comment.
