When are we allowed to rep?

I was wondering when are we allowed to rep cause i have wanted to rep mayn people but cant cause i think my post counts to low or somehing?

You should be able to, although someone recently (http://www.freewebspace.net/forums/showthread.php?t=2183667) couldn't see the rep thingy for a while. But I have had people brand new (new username after one was banned) members rep me. Of course it was neutral :p

It's usually pretty easy to tell, as they are often stupid enough to post the exact same thing in the thread, where you can see their username! :p

Take note that even if rep is disabled, people can still give or take rep from you. The only thing affected is that people will be unable to see your rep level.

Admins like Jan/Peo/Todd can view who left rep, but regular moderators (and users) cannot.
