Read their Terms Of Service (http://www.freeforums.org/tos.php) before asking that. If you want to allow MP3s, you first must do the following:

If it's a link to another site's MP3 archive, FORGET IT... the chances are you're stepping on their bandwidth. MP3 sites (such as bluelaguna) don't like you linking to their MP3s.
You must make sure you have permission by the owner of that particular MP3.
You MUST (Above all others) include the original copyright. If you do not, it tells people that you may be taking them in as your own (Which is Copyright Infringement, and is punishable by US Law.)


Same goes for movies, images, etc.
