low data transfer

thats it ...

o and if possiable NO BANNERS or a place your own banner.

FTP is necessary too ...

PHP/mySQL could be switched for ASP/MS Access

So in th end im looking for ones of these:

either a) or b)

a) PHP/mySQL
b) ASP/MS Access

5 - 20 MB's Data Transfer
FTP ACCESS
NO Banners or I Put There Banner Where I Want it .. Like NetFirms.
