Why header is smaller than menu bar ? Make it same width

The overall design is not that nice, and I've never liked thick table borders unless they look nice, but they almost never do.

The menu needs better buttons, and get rid of that ungodly border around the main content.

Dear , the Fonts must be clear , and the tables border need to be hidden or have another styles , i wich you to use the Css style sheet !!
