Has anybody ever got this error when almost finishing a paypal payment?

This payment cannot be completed because your credit card has been denied by your credit card issuer. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. You may want to try using a different credit card or choose eCheck instead. To do this, please click the More Payment Options link.
I'm having a visa card :cry2:

Okay,

Is this card an Virtual Card, Prepaid Card, or is it a real visa card? If it was the first two, Paypal doesnt accept it. Secondly make sure the address and name is 100% the same including phone for the billing address or the credit card will not process.

Once I am back home (later today) I will post some ways of seeing what may be the problem :).

The card is a real visa card, issues by a bank.
The adress,phone,everything is right.
I'm going crazy,I tried using another visa("real one "too) ,and it expires next year on august, but paypal says it had already expired lol:(

Call your bank, get the transaction details. Also give paypal a call, they may be able to help.

when I try send money from the paypal account, this error is popping,

This transaction exceeds your remaining sending limit. Please complete your enrollment in the Expanded Use Program. You will then be allowed to send more money

Humm,

Your need to do that, there should be steps in paypal on how to do it, if it wont let you call them, I recall a similar error a month back, it should be fixed by now.

If you have added your Credit Card and that error shows, it means you have not completed the procedure.
In your Credit Card statement, PayPal will have submitted a number that you need to use to finalise the Verification.

Well if it's working, I guess not.
You should really be asking PayPal these questions as they are better equipped to answer them correctly.

when I try send money from the paypal account, this error is popping,

Simply means until you complete a few more verification steps your transaction totals per month are limited, helps stops fraud and laundering, it's usual and if you look to the left panel on your account you'll see info and a link to go to the next step to lift the limitations.

You just need to go as far as you need to to cover all payments you will make in any month. :)

I sometimes get weird output messages from paypal.

Im a verified user, setup with my bank account and still they insist I add a credit card on frequent occasions when I login, and another wierd thing i notice sometimes it takes upto a week for the transaction to complete!

Check your status - there are 3 main types of account with PP, even the full blown merchant has limitations till you complete all the security verifications.

Some things like manually starting a transfer from a bank account to the PP account can take about 10 days normally.

It changes and gets quicker, I've found, the more often and higher amounts you use, but that might just be our account or bank or just me :)

To send/recieve money must I : "Enroll in Expanded Use" ?

I already added my card and made a payment,so I'm just asking if I still have to do this, not to get any further errors or whatever

Decker

You don't have to but you will be limited.

So yep, best bet is to do all the stages.
When there's a section top left to complete just do it - it doesn't hurt :)

Yep, Paypal can!
Look it up under your account as we don't know how much verification you've done :)

I believe that the limit can be changed, so we have no idea how much your limit is. I know because mine changed, the limit was increased after a period of time. Unless I misunderstood your question and you are actually asking what kind of limitations there are. In that case, I have no idea. I only know of a few since I rarely use Paypal, but there is a sending limit and withdrawal limit for those not verified.

It won't be below $10 for sure, and it's also different depending on your country I think.
