Hi there , i want link/banner exchange for my pr-4 site.

1: If you want to be on the index and the whole site , you need to have a pr-4 site or above and will have to add my site link to a noticeable location and ill do the same.
2: For banner exchange , your banner will be shown on the whole site randomly.
3: If you want your link to be added on the links page which is pr 3 you can also do that , just add my link on any of your pages .
