I really dig em'!
I mean I love any type of cms, wiki, blog, or community based type scripts.
Seems I'm not alone as most personal and business sites are starting to look in to making their sites more interactive.
What are your thoughts on this if any?

Love the idea, but it would take a load of time to manage properly.
Like a forum it needs admins and mods, but with a site allowing X amount of users doing whatever who has the time to monitor it all?

As decker said, they are prone to abuse, but if you can keep that under manage, I love it. Creates a lot of "stickiness" to your site [is that term outdated?]
