Does anyone know any sites that offers a dedicated server with cPanel for $72/month without any setup fees?

At that budget, you are better looking at a VPS, on a dedicated server, cPanel/WHM is normally $25/month, meaning your asking for a server that is $47/month, which no, I do not know of anywhere that does a server for that without a large ($100+) setup fee.

On a VPS, cPanel/WHM can be picked up for around $10/month, it would open your options allot.

All the Celeron servers, the cheapest PIV, and some of the AMDs are all under 72/month with no setup fee.

Edit: However, it looks like for an unlim CPanel/WHM license its 25/month additional as far as I can tell. Which puts it *barely* within budget if you get the cheapest server. The site itself is somewhat disorganized and poorly put together, I would use caution going with them
