Looking for reliable host!

I'm looking for reliable host, preferably one that also offers dedicated servers and virtual private hosting - and owns the machines (preferably no resellers). It would be great if the company had existed for some years and had live support but I'm willing to take offers from new companies as well. I'm looking for years of co-operation, as long as the price and quality (not only technical) remains satisfying/competitive I intent to stay with the host.

Here is what I'm looking for in specs:

min. 5-10 domains
unlimited FTP accounts
unlimited emails
unlimited databases

approx. 1-20GB space
approx. 5-10GB bandwith

I'm not going to set any price range I'm looking for as I'd like to see variety of offers.

I know some of you like to sell directly so you are free to contact me with MSN messenger (vili /at/ auviset /dot/ com).

I can pay with paypal, moneybookers, credit card and whatnot. I prefer moneybookers as I dont need to use credit card for the fund transfer with them.
