Anyone know what happened to popogo.com (http://www.popogo.com), fateback.com (http://www.fateback.com) and freewebspacehost.net (http://www.freewebspacehost.net)?

Popogo was all hyped up by the owners - I think they are members here.

Everyone gave them feedback, input, etc. It was supposed to be the greatest new free host of the year! :cool:

I got an account and it was slow as hell, always going offline, etc.

I quit using them. A couple of weeks later, this pops up and whatdya know... Buhbye Popogo!

I know the guy that used to own freewebspacehost.net and popogo (and nercities and ssihost). He sold them all, dont know what happened after that

Fateback switched servers last year...a total disaster. Most accounts were deleted. They also are down a lot of the time.

The ad at the top of this page...those guys switched servers last year, too....total disaster...down for months. ROTFLMAO

Popogo and Freewebspacehost were sold to new owners who unfortunately seem to be having trouble running an effective free web hosting service.

Sad to see.
