I'm looking for a host PHP/MySQL (with SMTP, that allows PHP mail() to send forum notification).
The forum contains links to Megaupload video (Japanes Anime), some of it may have been licensed in other countries. Most of it is Japanese-speaken subtitled by fansubs in Spanish, some of it is Spanish spoken.

The forum is in Spanish. I don't need a lot of space, because I only want to host a phpBB forum.

the forum only exists two weeks, about 170 members (25 posts/day), 3175 unique visitors. We are included in the Megaupload Visitor Exchange Program.

Right now it's small, but about the fastest growing out there. My problem is that I put everything on a hold while I'm looking for a new host. (and I'm already spending about a week doing so, first free services, tried about a 15 different free hosts, no good at all, now I'm looking for a paid one)
At this moment I'm on a forum-host that doesn't allow you to copy the Database, so it's very urgent to move to a new host.

We'll probably be one of the biggest in less than a year. All our uploaders are dedicated and well known. Most known quality rippers will join us within the next few weeks (I've spoken with them, but we're waiting to anounce untill we have our new host).

I didn't choose a host yet.
Also I'm looking to register a domain, but for the same domain prices differ a lot.
I am right that I can register a domain at any place and host at any other right? To register a domain is just buying it, but in no way it will affect the hosting. (i.e. the country or extension of your domain hasn't anything to do with traffic - speed nor latency)

I forgot to mention, I would like to have allow_url_fopen enabled
-and of course PHP mail()

I know free hosts disable this function, but don't know about paid hosts. The reason I want it enabled is because phpBB3 needs it to be able to use remote avatars. I don't want anyone to upload anything to my server.

Can all of you can please tell me if this option is enabled?

Also any of you has ImageMagick?
