Hi all,
Well, all I can say is the service is very disapointing.
I have paid $30 for 6 months of the basic reseller package because I was stupidly tempted by a free domain name.

I have requested that I should be refunded $15 of the $30 to cover:
- Domain Name Costs
- First month of hosting
- Cancellation Fee

The reason for the cancellation was very slow speeds and downtime ever since the move to the so called faster server.

Now, I am still waiting for a response and it will be just my luck that the host won't respond till June and I will need to pay for yet another month.

Also, I have signed up for W-Hosts now and just when I need it - I am seeing bad reviews.

Sure, maybe I should've searched the forums for any reviews before I purchased but oh well.

With a whole search sure you can find a reliable hosting.
Dont look only at cheap hosting,remember - you get what you pay.

Hello, we are very sorry about the server uptime and the speed issues. They have all been resolved. Also, you have been issued the $15 refund. We are very sorry for the slow response. I completely missed your email which was my mistake. Well best of luck for your site and once again sorry about everything.

Thank you evolutionhosting.com and I believe that I might of took it too far by posting this thread, I just wanted to get your attention so I didn't need to pay for June.

All problems have been resolved. I think it may have just been the problems with my domain, speed, etc that caused the problems and I still think that EvolutionHosting is a good host - they just didn't suit my needs.
