Free ProHosting? Adequate?

I was just wondering is Free Prohosting (http://free.prohosting.com/), was good or not. I just want a small site, for all kinds of stuff... I don't need much webspace, but bandwidth, I am not sure how much I'll need.

Here is the specs:

1 FTP Account
Site Creation Utility
50 MEGS
Custom CGI/SSI Ability

Thats about as much as they give, but I managed to find (on an unnofficial FAQ), that you can have as much bandwidth as you need, but you cant use it for personal storage, or misuse the bandwidth. So probably not unlimited (cause nothing is). :bandit2:

Let me know your say, or give me some other free companys that may suit me. I preferably want a host with at the least 25-50 MB of storage. I am not too picky. Also, I don't want a banner, preferabbly a pop-under, maybe a pop-up if a good company. THANKS! ;)

Oh ya, and does anyone know of any good programs out their to build websites with? Something free. :biggrin2:

Although I've never used ProHosting, it's one of the oldest free hosts in existance, and it has a pretty good reputation.

For making a web site, I recommend 1st Page 2000 (Latest version has a different name, forget what it's called)

pro is nice for what you ask. I'd recommend them.. just remember the <killbanner> tag for popups instead of banners.

Well, I recommend u use www.host.sk cuz they give u a lot of stuff like php, mysql, no ads, ssi, but no cgi :-( oh yeah theres no ads.

Don't recommend host.sk. Very slow, and someone has yet to tell me how they are making a profit with their free webspace.
