looking for semi-dedicated hosting

im looking for semi-dedicated hosting, or something similar, i dont think i need a dedicated yet, but i want something less than $40 a month. could i find something like this? i just need something that will be fast and assure my site 100% uptime as ive been going through troubles lately with downtime..thanks

what kind of application/site are you hosting?
space requirements?
bandwidth requirements?

bandwith = well ive used up 50GB in 6 days so far this month, so ide say maybe
500GB-1TB

Check ebay, under Dedicated servers, There are some from infinitie.net which have 40GB space 200GB bandwidth etc with cPanel. They are $39.99 per month, and as long as you don't stuff around with them too much you should have pretty high uptime :)
