I am having errors on one of my boxes creating accounts, am I the only one who's getting this error or has anyone else experienced it also?

"WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-R10737
RedHat Enterprise 4 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0
DC - Theplanet, all my invoices are cleared and everything this is just weird"

What exactly is it doing? Is it giving an error or is it just not creating accounts?

It was not creating any accounts, I had to do a cp upgrade to correct this error ... it's quite strange.

I had this problem on a few servers and the cpanel upgrade did not fix all the problems. If you find this to be the case, log into SSH as root and run this command:


/usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkperlmodules ; /scripts/upcp

I found out late last night that it's a bug in cpanel, I managed to rectify it though.

I had this too before i updated to cpanel 11

when creating accounts it said account creation complete and it was just a blank page , same happened with terminating accounts
