Most hosts do not allow chinese content or even people from the country to sign up. I think this is because stereotypically they pirate alot of software, mp3, mpegs, etc.

I dont want to say that all people do, but alot of the bootleg DVD's that I have seen both online (I didnt download them, my ex-roomate did) and those I have seen in Chinatown in Boston are from China.

ExStreamHost.com does not accept Chinese (or any other languages besides English) hosting requests because we do not have translators for those languages. We have to know what are on the sites, and if we cannot read the sites, we cannot do our job making sure everything follows the TOS.
