Free Hosting to established sites inexchange for ad placement

I'm offering free hosting to 3 or 4 established websites in exchange for them placing my ad campaign on their website (468x60 ads).

If you have a domain, I'll host it, otherwise, you can get a sub-domain (whatever.rr.cx). But you must have an already established website.

You get:

500mb of space
5GB of bandwidth
cPanel access
your own email addresses (up to 5)
Perl, MySQL, Php,
Reliable server.

I have a site http://www.anoninfo.org, is that ok?
you can also find the re-designing face at http://www.rpwt.info/test
but the site need about 1G space and if there's ads, I'll choose the size by myself to fit the design.
