I just got a warning and my post deleted from a mod, Who I will not mention, For posting in a free hosting offer that the person was a reseller, and to be very wary of them. Do you think that is fair?

There was a freehost who was offering ridiculous amounts of space, so I checked them out, and they are running off a reseller, so I put that they are running off a reseller and people should be wary. Is that so bad?

Actually yeah, first and foremost although we appreciate the effort to fight this type of activity its not your place to say anything about it...Especially if you havent done any business with the company itself. Just because they have a reseller doesnt automatically qualify them as shady etc. We all have to start somewhere to get your feet wet in the hosting game, furthermore not everyone can afford a dedicated box right from the start..just my 2 cents though..

And the rules state that hosts can't respond to other host's offers.
