Personally, I do not see him doing anything wrong. He didn't spam you, and he didn't ask you for a nulled version of vb. He asked for hosting of it. Typically we just delete threads asking for warez hosting (although again, he isn't asking for warez in hosting per se).

When I said "see", I didn't mean physically "see", I meant that I personally do not view what he did as a reason to ban him.

I don't even see it as a spam.

As Lscomputers say , I didn't make an offer to him or ask him to pm me so hence the reason it is spam , at least a warning would be adequate

How is that spam? You are a host and he asked for hosting. How many of you have PMed someone looking for hosting, instead of posting the offer in the thread?

And we don't ban on request.
